I found J.A. Plumbing online and I find their service excellent! They replied with a resonable quote (with breakdown on how much goes to labor and how much is for materiales) based on some photos and videos I took related to the issue. I communicated with Justin who coordinates the visit and he is very nice and quick in response. What I like them most is that they do make sure that the task is done well and willing to take the extra time to follow-up afterwards to make sure everything is really working well. I am not sure if their service is the cheapest per say, but I do think their price is transparent, resonable and with a guarantee that the issue will be fixed (which is the whole purpose of looking for a professional instead of trying to fix it myself).

I was recommended J.A. plumbing but a trusted relative. I needed 3 toilets repaired. 2 were not filling in the tank properly and 1 was leaking at the floor.
Justin sent one of his amazing plumbers to my house and had everything fixed in a little over an hour. The young fellow he sent was polite and tidy and really knew his stuff. I was impressed and really happy there was no drama as I've had with other trades people.
And an added bonus was the repair bill was less than the quoted estimate.
I couldn't be happier.
It's hard to find an good plummer who won't rip you off. J.A. Plumbing are the people to call!

Great job. They reattached a sink in my laundry room. Arrived on time, reattachment was successful, excellent customer service. We will definitely call on them again for any future plumbing jobs. We are very happy with the service call.

J.A. Plumbing did a perfect job replacing my bathtub cartridge! While it may seem like a simple task, it actually requires skill and experience to select the right part and install it flawlessly. I found J.A. Plumbing after being scammed by another local plumber who failed twice and then tried to upsell me on replacing the entire system at a much higher cost. J.A. is not only highly skilled and experienced but also honest and transparent. If you're looking for a trustworthy plumber who knows how to do the job properly without overcharging, J.A.
